XStevedore is a very useful application for S60 mobiles. It connects to a chinese server and provides the certificate and key for your mobile in a few seconds. It also has some other options like display of CPU Utilization, amount of available RAM etc.
Procedure to get cert and key:
1. Download XStevedore (http://xchanger.mobi/v2/file.php?fid=438095) and install the file in phone memory.
2. Open the app.
3. Go to the settings option, click continue and edit your access point as needed; also change the download target for your cert and key if you want.
4. GO back, and tap the “signature” option.
5. Click continue, and then the first option that looks like a line of small boxes (It isn’t translated properly )
6. Wait for a few seconds for the necessary files to download, and it will display that downloading is over.
7. Use Freesigner (http://xchanger.mobi/v2/file.php?fid=438094) to navigate and select the cert and key that were downloaded, and start using unsigned apps by signing them yourself.

To get symbian certificate in just few minutes
1.First go to this certificate site http://www.shoujizu.net/en
2.Register a free account.Then Login.
3.Go to certificate tab and then click on Apply Certificate.
4.Then fill in information needed.Then submitit.
5.After it says you have applied for it.Then you can see your phone model,IMEI,etc in list.
6.Now we have to download certificate and key.But if we click on cer and key button on right side it says wait for 3-5 business days or pay but I have solution for this
7.Right click on cer button then copy the link location and paste it in new bar it will be

8.What you have to do is just remove the 'check' and write 'down' in its place as bellow.

9.Then enter and wait a download box will open. Do same for key file. With this you can sign any application using freesigner.
